First of all sorry for this double post but this is the case.
In the office we work with office 97 and we make use of global templates on
a network share. I know that this will make word slow when opening a document
when you are not connected to the network because the add-in (revering to the
network template) is still active. To solve this as far as I know you have
to remove the add-in before sending it, Can somebody please confirm this as
to me that this is the only way to solve it ?
