I have a large monitor.  A few moments ago I attempted to close Word by
clicking the "X" in the upper right hand corner of the web page.  A message
box popped up centered in the middle of the screen asking if I wanted to save
the document.  It occurred to me that it would be more convenient if the
message box displayed near the location of the pointer rather than being
centered.  This would be nice for all Windows applications.

Don't know about dynamic dialog box placement, but if you turn it around,
you may change mouse settings to have the pointer move to the dialog box
default button. This is a standard Windows feature.
