different letterhead layout

I have created a layout for the letterhead of the company I work for.
I created it where the logo and address are right aligned. There are
also 3 more partner logos below the company logo and address(also right
aligned). The logos are seperated from where I want to control where
the text goes via a vertical line. I do not want anyone to be able to
edit (meaning screw up) the layout when I send it out to the
franchises. I know about inserting headers and footers and keeping
them behind the text, but about a situation like this? I appreciate
your help. Also, the layout is also saved as an indesign file, pdf,
and a jpeg. Maybe I can set a background image, but can you do that
for print and not only web?

What you have set up should either be in the header or in a text box
anchored to the header, or graphics anchored in the header.

Then, see the article "How can I prevent users from editing the header of a

Thank you. My problem was that I needed to draw atext box and insert
the images and line. It looks spot on. The link that you
posted...where exactly do you go to insert the code? I saved the file
as a template in addition to a doc. I have been looking around for the
answer to this, because I would much rather find it on my own...but
that is not happening. Does it help to know that I am using XP
Professional?

Thank you. I was able to get the pics to be in a text field in the
header. Worked perfectly. But, I cannot find where to insert the code
into the template...I am using XP Professional if that makes a
difference. Again thank you fro the help.
