G'day CrazyChester <CrazyChester@discussions.microsoft.com>,
Possibly because of previous rollouts, but the chances are the
affected users need to rename their Normal.dot and their Word data key
in the registry to restore the required functionality.

Renaming the normal.dot had no impact. Where, in the registry, is the word
data key?
Any other suggestions - I can't find any difference between operating
systems, but the template works on some, but not on others.
thank you
