Hi There I would like to set up a report template in Word. Within this template I would like to create a bespoke dialogue box that asks a series of questions which, when answered, will populate the relevant fields within the report eg: What is the Client Company's name? What is your business division/address? (for this question I would like pre-determined options ie drop-down menu) I am not familiar with 'code' so, if this is required, please can you start from the begining!!
