Word should have a professional writing tool

Word should come with a professional writing tool. Many people write a lot of
reports, and word should come with an option where, they remove many of the
items that are not used in professional writing.  For example, using
contractions, personal pronouns, as well as searching for harsh langauge.  
This harsh language for example you use the word hate, you could replace with
dislike.

This would come in handy in business letters and reports, and would save
people a lot of time in searching for these errors.

This should be done with a click of a button.

Check your Grammar settings under Spelling & Grammar.

But I really do hate political correctness.  I would hate Word too if
it ever assumed that I mearly disliked it.

If somebody can't write a professional letter or report they shouldn't be
trying to pass themself off as a professional writer. I won't comment on the
notion that professional writing doesn't or shouldn't include contractions
or personal pronouns - I would dislike that argument.

Actually, I think it's more a tool for people who find themselves in over
their heads, and desperately want someone else to tell them what is wrong or
write (pun intended).  If you don't know the tone and style of your
business, why are you writing for them?  And why won't anyone tell you?
