Howdy,

i have tried renaming the normal.dot file, running spyware removal and
virus scans until the cows come home. i have reloaded office/word 2000
twice. and i still have the same problem, i open word, get a blank
document, try to open a document from file or by just selecting it in a
folder and nothing. the mouse does the hourglass thing, then the window
pops up and says program is not responding. what the hell is this?. any
help would be appreciated.
