Dear All,

My UserForms are really pretty gray and ugly.  Also, when putting macro's on
a toolbar, the little images MS offers are pretty poopy.

Pretty has nothing to do with functionality, I know, but I'd like to get
these items to look just a little, well, less homely.  Pointers to any
helpful resources would be appreciated.

Sincerely,

R.
