Hi

Hoping you can help - i've dealt with excel alot in the past but not
word.

I have a template document I use alot at work.  What I'd like is to
have a table or something on the first page with say:

City:
Device name:

I'd then come along and fill in:

City: myCity
Device name: myDevice

Then throughout the document "City" would be replaced with myCity and
likewise with Device.

Is this possible in word?  It'd save me having to do a million cut and
pastes every other day.

Perhaps it's possible to like the document to excel?

Thanks for your help

John
