Closing Word Documents

When closing the last open document, the program should continue to run
instead of closing Word completely.  Excel seems to do this correctly.  I
personally like having two sets of buttons where the bottom set is the
document and the top set is the program.

See Tools\Options and deselect 'Windows In Taskbar' option.  That way you get
2 rows of buttons and you can choose to close all documents but keep word
open.
