Carriage returns within form text.

Instead of this code:

ElseIf OptionButton2.Value = True Then
pleasenote = "per annum and your regular termly payments will be $5
commencing date."

Making the text appear like this within a word doc:

per annum and your regular termly payments will be $5 commencing date.

I want it to look like this:

per annum and
your regular termly payments
will be $5 commencing date.

Is there any simple way of inserting a carriage return into a line of
text so that it does this? Please bear in mind I am a newbie, thanks! :)
