MS Office Forum / Word / Programming / October 2006Tabstrip tabs disappear
On my userform (a substantial one), I have a tabstrip. There are also several frames located on the form which are nested within a larger overall frame for the userform. I have had lots of problems with the tabs disappearing when I click on other elements of the form in design view. I thought it was simply a matter of bringing forward or sending backward but that doesn't bring the tabs back into view. This is a tab setup and not a multi-page because so many elements are common to each tab. Please advise me how I can keep better control of what I am able to view and work on without losing view of my tabstrip (especially). For me right now, it really is a "you click, you lose" situation with my form. Thx in advance for your help.  SignatureRMC,CPA As you found out, objects can get swallowed up and disappear behind other objects when they all are in another object, like a frame. It takes delicate positioning sometimes to get it all to work. That will give the focus to that object.
