I am putting together a proposal and need to know how to change the order of
the pages. The proposal jumps around and is not in the order it needs to be.
Is there a way to re-arrange other than cut and paste? I already have the
pages set up as I need them and would rather not have to go back and fix
other pages after I cut and paste.

If you applied the built-in headings (or other styles with an outline
level defined) to paragraphs, you could use the Outline view to move
them around. See http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/UsingOLView.htm.
If not, you'd have to resort to cut and paste.
