I am trying to make a teachers schedule (s). I made the list in excel, and it
has multiple teachers with the classes  etc - etc. Some teachers teach more
than one class.

Now in MSFT Word, I want  to make a form letter with their name (which I
know how to do) but then underneath that I want to list the classes that they
are teaching.

All of the info is in the one excel file, I know that there is a way to do
it, but I am stuck!!!
