I want to add a button to a Word document (actually in the document) that
will run code when the user clicks it.  How do I get the button in the
document?

Use a macrobutton field http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm or add a
custom toolbar http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm
