Which version of Word do you have?
If it is Word 2000, there is no Mail Merge Wizard.
If it is Word 2002 (or less likely, 2003), my guess is that your copy of
Word started out as part of Works Suite, which has a different approach to
MailMerge. Either way, it's probably easier to enable the Mail merge toolbar
using Tools|Customize, then start by clicking the left hand button to select
the merge type, the next button to select the data source, and so on (you'll
have to play around a bit).

Does the "Mail merge toolbar" approach I suggested work for you, or do you
/have/ to do things another way?
