Hi,
I have a template which has:

EQUIPPED SPACE
Includes: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

the "xxx.." is dynamic data of varying length, I need to write a macro so
that if this extends beyond 12cm from the left margin, it carries on to the
next line, commencing 2cm from left margin.

Hope this makes sense
Many Thanks

All that you need to do is format the paragraph so that it has an indent of
2 cm and a first line indent of -2 cm

Hope this helps.
