Can't save Word Macro

I have written the same two or three marcos about a dozen times and Word
keeps dumping them. It is as if is not updating the Normal template or
something. Any ideas?

If you have Acrobat 7 - see the last section of
http://www.gmayor.com/lose_that_adobe_acrobat_toolbar.htm for the usual
cause of failure to save normal.dot.
