Hello,

Is there a built-in function within Word 2003 to hide comments and only
display track changes or vice versa?

Use:
ActiveWindow.View.ShowComments = False ‘(or True)
ActiveWindow.View.ShowInsertionsAndDeletions = True ‘(or False)
