Macro which can create multiple files out of one

I don't have a code written for this. I need to build it from scratch.
I know how to do basic macro recording (changing font size and date
etc).

Here is the 1st thing that I need the function to do.

1.    Find cells that are between 8000000 and 9000000 range and replace
the cells in a column that are in that range with a different name.
Creating separate files:

I need to delete everything that does not equal to a range for example
"PC". When other rows are deleted I need it to create a new file with
a name of "PC" and so on...

Can someone please help me!!
