How to paste HTML text in word, and save the hyperlinks when changing styles?

I'd like to cut and paste HTML text into Word, then change the style.
When I do this, all hyperlinks are removed.  How can I keep the
hyperlinks?

Where are you cutting them from?  In what format

How are you pasting them into the document?
