MyPlaces in Office 2000 + Word 2003

There was a magic MyPlaces bar in Word 2000 where you could amend your
folders to be displayed in the file open dialog (this was downloaded
from the net). Has any one at any stage perhaps converted this or can
you assist me with converting this for Office 2003, XP Prof or have a
different solution for me as it worked wonderfully.
