Still looking for a way to determine a document property without opening the document. A la "dsofile" system. This link: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb521237.aspx at leasts suggests the possibility tht it can be done, but I don't see the "Open XML Object Model" on which it appears to be based in the list of Tools|References in VBA. Does anyone know if an Open XML Object Model is available in VBA?
