autotextlist items work at office, but not at home

I created a template within which a number of autotextlist fields are
defined.  They work fine when I open the template directly, and they work
fine when I generate a document from the template.

But when I take the template home to do more work on it on another PC, and
either open it directly in Word or generate a new document from it, even
though the template still contains all the text, autotextlist fields, styles
and autotext items that it had when it was on my office PC, now those
autotext list fields no longer work correctly - when I click on them,
instead of displaying the expected subset of autotext items that have been
assigned certain styles, they display all my autotext items in the autotext
popup menu.

How can I prevent my autotextlist definitions from breaking?

Hi

At work, do File > Open and open the template. Now, Tools > Templates and
Add-ins. Click the Organizer button and examine the AutoTexts. Are the
AutoTexts you are using for the AutoTextList in your template? If not, move
them to the template and then try again.

Hope this helps.

Shauna,
How can I make autotextlist fields that travel with a document?  Word seems
to always be thwarting everything I do.  I create autotextlists in a
word.doc, and they don't travel with the document.  They don't work for other
users, even if I use Organizer to copy them into the document and check to
ensure that the document contains the style used in defining the
autotextlist. Other users end up getting the entire global set of Word
autotext items when they click on my autotextlist.
Thanks,
