Macro to Compressing all pictures in a document

Hi all,
                    I have this problem where the document becomes large in
size due to lots of images.Is there someway to make all images small by macro
as I generally forget to compress

Winxp ,word 2003

1. Make a copy of your document for backup purposes.

2. Open the document

3. Go to View, Toolbars, and select Picture. The Picture toolbar should now
appear.

4. The 10th button on the toolbar should have the tooltip "Compress
pictures". Click it, and follow the instructions in the dialog that appears.
