Hi,
I am a very basic Word user and i need to create various drop down menus
within the document.
When any value from the drop down menu is selected, i want to automatically
populate a text and picture which is linked to that value. Each value has a
different test and different pucitures in a table format.
Eg: my drop down menu has the following values:
Banquet
Conference
Wedding
when i select Banquet, i want the Banquet text and picture to populate which
ideally is in a table.
the users will thus be able to select the value from the drop down menu, but
will not be able to make any changes to the text or picture ( i need to lock
it down).
Can you please assist? i would highly appreciate it.
Best Regards,
Snow

Thanks Graham.
I need a crash course on how the macro works. Do you have a link where i
would understand how to execute the commands?
