Hi
I wish to pull in a header and footer from another document each time I run
a mail merge.
This because we have multiple style letters all with the same header &
footer but this can change as Member & Associates change and when they change
I have to amend each style letter.

Use an INCLUDETEXT field that brings in the text from a separate file that
you change as the Members and Associates change.
