Hello,

I have a microsoft word file tha has page headers with different text
in each one. Is it possible to copy the header text below the header
then delete the header with a macro?

Thank you for your help,

Hi

I'm not sure if you're working in Word or in Excel.

If you're working in Excel, then I suggest you post your message to
microsoft.public.excel.programming.

If you're working in Word, then we'll need to know more about what you have
in mind. Word has no concept of a *page* header. Headers are a property of a
section, so one header may appear on more than one page.

Further, a header in one section can be linked to subsequent sections. So
you would need to think about whether you want to delete this section's
header if it's linked to a subsequent section's header. And finally, every
section has 3 headers. Which ones display depend on the settings in the
document.

This might help understand what's going on:

If you have any further questions, post back.

Hope this helps.
