vba reference 2007 file format

Converted our db to 2007 file format. Tried to opendatabase to db.accdb go a
3343 error & help no help. This is the statement:'set
dbobj=opendatabase("db.accdb")'. So how does one open that type of file. This
used to work:'set dbobj=opendatabase("db.mdb",options:=false,
readonly:=false)' with office xp.

Hi Ted

I'm assuming that your post is about Microsoft Access. You've posted in a
newsgroup that deals with VBA in Word. I suggest that you re-post to an
Access newsgroup.

No its a vba program in word 2007. You know in a macro!

I think you need to start by examining what References this project has. I wouldn't
suspect the same one(s) would work for this newest version of Access.

I did try guessing @ a couple but no bannana. Do you have a sugestion on how
to figure that out? BTW if i leave the office 2007 in the office xp format it
works fine :-(.

Sorry, I don't (won't!) have 2007 installed, so no good way to guess. I'd suggest
you try one of the Access groups, and see if anyone there might have moved to this
perilous perch as well.
