pervious saved file

I forget to change the name of my old file and I save my current work in the
same file so I lost all the information in my file.  How I can get my
previous file information.

Hi Fatima,

bad news. No way, IMHO,

only in theory fragments or even all of the previous file
may be recovered by scanning your harddrive directly
for certain patterns. Even scanning the ram would would be possible.

Yup, there is no way, unless you had used Version.  If a Version is saved,
then it would still be there, and you could get it back.
