Make sure that you have the printer drivers installed on the local machine
and are not using a driver that is installed on the network somewhere.

Like Doug said, make sure you install all the printer drivers that you are
using, on the (local) machine that is running the code, otherwise there will
be a delay when running that code.

Thanks for this suggestion but even when the printer drivers the macro is still slow - 15
seconds to do a little formatting swap printers print and swap printers back.
