how do I change a word into a macro

I accidently told Word to open a documetn titled PicMacs.bas to open in word
and now it to open as PicMacs.bas. How do I get it to do that?

Right click on file Picmacs.bas with holding Shift key,
Select Openwith, Select desired application (for eg : visual basic in your
case),
select Always use this.......,
