My mum wants to put a picture into a word document for her journal.  She
says that this has never been a problem before, but this time the picture is
not showing up.  Its just a huge blank box.  However it's showing in 'Print
Preview'.

I tried to insert the same picture on my laptop into word and it worked
first time.  So I emailed the word document to her, so she could copy if
from my word document to hers, but the picture still didn't show up!

Does anyone know how to get it show up?  It must be a setting in her  copy
of Word right?!

Tools>Options>View and uncheck the "Picture placeholders" box in the "Show"
section of the dialog.
