Need a thank you letter for attending a meeting

I need a letter to thank everyone for attending my meeting.

Shirley,

You certainly don't need VBA to do that.  In fact you don't even need
Microsoft Word.  If you want to use Word then all you have to do is open a
new blank document and start typing.

You might  adapt the following to suit your specific needs:

Dear People,

Thank you for attending my meeting.

Sincerely, Shirley
