I have a template file which creates a form document which populates several
fields from a web service.  The template worked fine previously, however
after making some modifications, the form will not longer populate the
required fields and I get an error:

run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)';

Any idea what this means.  I have a similar form that was not modified and
it still works.  What happened??
