I have two printers (one colour and one black & white) and have put two
printer buttons on my tool bar.  I have coloured one to represent the colour
printer and the other printer button represents the black & white.  I have
gone into the buttons and tried to link it to the printers (one is
"&printer..." and the other is "&printer") and have added the printer names
to each one.  I managed to do this about 8 years ago in MS Word 2000 but I am
now running MS Word 2003.

this.
