New Document in new tab - Word 2007

I'd like to be able to open a new document and have it shown (for quicker
access) in windows toolbar (the one on the desktop that has the time, Start,
quicklaunch bar, etc.).  Now whenever I open a new document in Word 2007, it
opens a new tab in the existing program.  Very difficult to navigate.  I'd
like to do what Word 2003 did - when you open a new document, it restarts the
program and shows it in the windows toolbar.  Kind of like how if you have 2
open IE programs running, it shows 2 tabs in the windows toolbar below (3
open, shows 3 tabs, etc.).

I'm sure it is something pretty simple.  Any help is appreciated :)

Go to Office button > Word Options > Advanced > Display, and check the box
for "Show all windows in the taskbar".

By the way, this does _not_ "restart the program". It simply changes the way
documents are displayed, but there is still only one copy of Word running
(which you can confirm in the Windows Task Manager).

It worked !!!  You can't believe how happy you made me :)

I knew it had to be something simple... yet sometimes what's right in front
of your eyes is the thing you notice last.

A MILLION thanks
