How do I change the Title Case parameters? I would like to have this
function EXCLUDE words like: of, and, the, with, etc.

Hi Michelle,
no way, unless you provide a list of all words,
which should not be capitalized.
And think of a headline like:
WITH or WITHOUT the UN?
