I have a printer dedicated to printing envelopes. I would like an option to
choose the appropriate printer once I have entered the envelopes and lables
box. If you do not choose the printer ahead of time then you are unable to
print to the correct printer and have to start over. It would be most helpful
if a box poped up that allowed you to select a printer or their was a drop
down menu.

Charles,

I just got in the habit of adding the envelope to the current document and
then printing Page 0 only.  This adds a few steps to the process but it
affords me more flexibility in editing and I can choose my printer late in
the game (or try the print again if I don't care for the results).

If you want to automate the process with VBA, this subroutine to change the
printer for Word without changing Windows default printer would be a good
start.  You could add some lines to bring up the envelope dialog or your own
userform after this sub runs.
