I have a form that I need to do an IF THEN statement for and I can't seem to
get it to work.  I need for text in one cell to trigger text in a different
cell.
Ex.
IF Text1 = Option 1, THEN Text 2 = $50.00
IF Text1 = Option 2, THEN text 2 = $35.00
How do I write a formul for this??

Put this in Cell 2, insert the {} using CTRL-F9. When you are done, with the
cursor inside the formula, do SHIFT-F9 to revert to the value instead of the
code.

{IF Text1 = "Option 1" "$50.00" ""}
