Select specific pages for copy

How could i select specific pages for copy in a macro ?
I know the pagenumber.

Tables and the like play havoc with the selection point, but you can
search paragraphs for the .range.information(goldmine). Page info
works best off selection in 2k, havent tested 2003 yet.
