about Microsoft word, excel and other 2003 - You should also provide the
facility of file location where the file saved and file name at the end of
file so that i can easily find out in future where the file is located in my
p.c. without using search or find option    example - c:\my documents\asif.doc

Hi,
this is a group on programming word.
Are you sure you want to insert filename and
path programmatically? Or are you just looking
for a field, like this:

{ FILENAME  \p  \* MERGEFORMAT }
or
{ FILENAME  \p }

whereby "\p" means "add path"
