VBA coding for forcetitle case

Hello there,

I am trying to write a code for my heading which I want to change to title
case. I would obviously, like to keep "and", "on","the" words in lower case
if they are not first word(s)

I manually produced my own array of TrivialWords. I use this for
several things:

Stripping out guff for auto bookmark names
Decaps on Title Case.
