Is there a way to increase the dropdown form field item maximum of 25 when
working with a Word online document?  Possibly a download?  I can use either
'97, 2000 or 2003.

See the Knowledge Base article "WD2000: How to Create Combo Box with More
Than 25 Items [Q198561]"

But as that makes use of a userform in combination with form fields, you may
be better off to start with a userform.

See the article "How to create a Userform" at:

Thanks for the help.  Got the combo box inserted.  However, I don't know how
to put the items in the combo box.  I'm guessing it is done somewhere in the
code area but the article doesn't appear to address that.
