I can't find Selfcert.exe (Dutch Small Bussines Office XPversion)

Hi,

I can't run or even find Selfcert.exe to create a digital sign. This option
is activated (run from this machine) in the Office XP Installer program but
it isn't installed.

Has anybody an idea for a solution?

USe add / remove programs to ensure it was selected in the install -
it is optional.
