I have tried finding a solution to this through several search methods and it
is a complete waste of my time.  The old word product was able to be
minimized without closing down word itself.  What happened to the "_" box
that used to minimize a doc in the right-hand corner?  Please let me know
what are the alternatives to this.  Thanks.
