ACtive X Control MSDATGRD.ocx

I am using Windows XP SP1, Office XP.

I am trying to use msdatgrd.ocx control in a user form. When the addin is
loaded on a users desktop the user is prompted with the following message.

"This Application is About to initialize ActiveX controls that might be
unsafe. If you trust..."

Microsoft's solution is to open up security on 100 desktops. This is
something we do not want to do.

There are couple keys in regystry thich alows you to suppress that message.
