Progromatically Listing Macros

I have been asked to do these 2 things. I think number 2 is the same as part
of number1.

1.  What is the syntax for determining if a macro program exists in a
document and how to print out a list of all macros.
2.  What is the syntax for printing out a list of all macros in a document.

I should clarify this is in word 2003
