I have manged to unlink real fields (pagenumbers/stylref etc)  given me the
formatted text with no
fieldcode,  But, I can not find a way to do this with numbered lists and
styles. I need the numbers and the look of the text but not the automatic
updating... I am using word 2000,

Is it a way  to do this using VBA, or?
I need the numbers and the look of the text but not the automatic
updating...
(Save as web is not a solution)

Any solutions...
Regards, arne
