Hi

I am trying to incorporate a drop down list box on my template

Trouble is, If I use the FORMS drop down box, the act of locking the box
stops any further access to the document.

Do I need to use VB for this ?

Thanks in advance

Use a combobox on a UserForm.

See the article "How to create a Userform" at:

Many thanks Doug
Does the macro follow the template as I thought macros sat in NORMAL.DOT ?
if I'm right and I do not network the NORMAL.DOT then I would have to copy
the macro to all PC's
Thanks again, i'm getting there for sure !
